Each designer or company retains their own copyright to their deisigns. You will find the Terms of Use attached to the purchased product as a readme or TOU text file. Or you can visit our License Agreement page. In general, most digital products are licensed for personal use only.

You are not allowed to share these files even with family and friends. Often times there are commercial use options available. With this option you are able to use the products to create small runs of unique products. Please inquire regarding the specific Terms of Use available.

Please note that we take piracy very seriously. Piracy is the unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted material. Summer works very hard to create unique and innovative products for your use. And while there is substantial time devoted to the designs, we keep their pricing low and affordable so that digital scrapbooking never becomes out of reach of the general public.
